Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they meet these conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- All original accessories and documentation must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and hygiene considerations, the following professional tools cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Power Tool Accessories (used consumables like blades, bits, or sanding pads)
- Nail Guns & Staplers (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or special-order power tools
- Software or digital products
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Product name and reason for return
- Whether you prefer exchange or refund
2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 1 business day, we’ll email you:
- Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Detailed return instructions
- Prepaid return label (for defective items)
3. Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) with all original materials and include the RMA number visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

4. Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll inspect your return within 3 business days and notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of the same value:
- Follow the standard return process
- Specify the replacement item in your request
- We’ll ship your replacement once the return is received
For higher-value exchanges, you’ll be charged the difference after return processing.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective professional tool:

- We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement
International Returns
For returns outside the U.S.:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs documentation must be marked “RETURNED GOODS”
- Allow 3-5 weeks for international return processing
