- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes full tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our professional power tools with a straightforward 15-day return policy for your peace of mind.
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery when items meet these conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- All original accessories and documentation included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) provided
- Item must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, these professional tools cannot be returned unless defective:
- Power Tool Accessories (used consumables like blades, bits, or sanding pads)
- Nail Guns & Staplers
- Custom or special-order power tools
- Software or digital products
Return Process

- Product name and reason for return
- Whether you prefer exchange or refund
2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 1 business day, we’ll email you:
- Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Detailed return instructions
- Prepaid return label (for defective items only)
3. Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) with all original materials and include the RMA number visible on the outside. Ship to:

4. Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll inspect your return within 3 business days and notify you via email about your refund or exchange status.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items. For exchanges of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference after return processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective professional tool:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement
International Returns
For returns outside the U.S.:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs documentation must be marked “RETURNED GOODS”
